Friendly staff, proactive and concerned. Excellent bathing facilities, exceeded expectations. Great range of hot baths and jacuzzis. Amazing evening meal, excellent value.

We had a great stay with friendly and proactive staff. The bathing facilities were excellent, with a great range of hot baths and jacuzzis. The amazing evening meal represented excellent value for money. We also enjoyed borrowing Ninja outfits for a reasonable price.

During my Christmas getaway, I loved the beautiful and serene location of the hotel. the hot spring and outdoor pool were fantastic places to relax and unwind. the hotel also offered exceptional customer service which made me feel valued and at home. the included breakfast exceeded my expectations in terms of taste and variety.
The hotel was quite far from the main town, so getting there was a bit of a challenge.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was impressed with the range of facilities on offer. the bathing facilities were exceptional, with a variety of hot baths and jacuzzis to choose from. the evening meal was delicious and fantastic value for money. the breakfast was also brilliant and included in the stay. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. the location is peaceful with a good onsen and outdoor pool nearby. Although some construction was going on, it didn't affect my experience. the distance from town may be inconvenient for some guests.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Their warm welcome and excellent service made me feel right at home. The bathing facilities were incredible, with a variety of hot baths and jacuzzis that provided a luxurious and relaxing experience. I also enjoyed the amazing evening meal, which offered great value for money.
One downside was that the taxi service at the end of my stay took longer than expected to arrive. while the location was good for those who drive, it may be a bit far from some attractions for those who do not have their own transportation.
